I don’t normally have time to write reviews but Falcon’s service was exceptional! I phoned and Martin answered I was after some heaters which are becoming hard to find . Martin said to give him a few minutes to check stock. He promptly called me back to confirm they had in stock . I placed the order via the internet and received a dispatch email later that day . the heaters arrived the next day.. great service all round
