The flooring itself I cannot fault, it looks absolutely lovely. In terms of delivery I was not very pleased. I had selected for the flooring to be delivered on Thurs 23rd as I knew I would be at home to take delivery. On mon 21st whilst I was at work I had no email to indicate that they were delivering early and it was out for delivery that day and the flooring was just left on our driveway all day whilst we were both out with no further email either to say it had been delivered. When you're spending £260 on a product for it to just be left unattended all day it's very poor of the company. Communication needs to be a lot better.
