Very happy with service and lino from Factory Direct Flooring. I was let down by previous supplier who told me lino was in stock, I paid and then it was not in stock. I then ordered through Factory Direct Flooring and the process was simple, the communication was good and the lino arrived on the exact day I requested it, which was 3 business days later. The Lino looks great and I would recommend Factory Direct Flooring.
