The order process was OK. Delivery if done in an afternoon means you get no time estimate or even confirmation that the order will be delivered. This was acknowledged as an issue by the company. Be aware though that while you are encouraged to buy an extra 10% to cater for any issues during installation, if you are left with remaining full packs you cannot return these if they were delivered more than 30 days before the refund is requested. For most jobs you get the material in advnace and not just in time. So don't order any flooring if you think you will want a return of excess unless youare installign straight away.
