I'm a long standing customer and have ordered laminate flooring and underlay many times before. However, on this occasion customer service fell below what I'd previously experienced. I have arranged for my partner to collect my order whilst I'm at work, and told her to ring before leaving to ensure the order was ready to collect. She rang and spoke to 'Steve' who was nothing, but rude to her over the phone. So much so, that she felt the need to ring me following the call as she was extremely upset. This is very disappointing as we haven't experienced anything like this when ordering and collecting before.
