Ordered on the 17th of November but it has not arrived. No details to say when either. Disappointing service. Thank you for your reply but your information is wrong. However your delivery has still not arrived and it is now the 23/11/23. This happened to me before so you can understand why I think the service is poor. The details say the parcel is at Edingburgh but with no actual date set. Can you help? I will write on Trustpilot too in the hope of answer.
