My first purchase with Face The Future was wonderful. Delivery on time, the order arrived intact at my home, I was very satisfied so I made my second purchase but unfortunately the experience was horrible. The box arrived in poor condition, one of the products I purchased arrived open and had cream all over it. I sent an email to Face The Future reporting the situation that I received my order and requesting a refund of my money, as I was going to the post office to return the items I had purchased. They said that the product would undergo an analysis to prove whether the cream actually arrived at my house in poor condition, or I would have to pay to receive it back, otherwise the cream would be discarded within a few days. I sent several photos that were taken at the exact moment I opened the box that proved my report. I thought it was disrespectful because it was the company's fault, not mine. I had put a much more expensive line of creams from the IS Clinical brand in my basket, as there was a 20% discount on the website for the second purchase. Fortunately, I decided to buy directly from the brand's own website to be safe and ended up buying a cheaper line with Face The Fature. I feel very relieved with this decision. I will never buy from this site again and I do not recommend it to anyone. I'm not returning the product because I don't know if I'll receive another cream as a replacement or get my money back and I won't pay shipping for something I received in bad condition. The cream that I opened goes to waste because I'm not going to apply a cream that arrived at my house opened on my face. I'd rather lose my money than subject myself to the abusive lack of respect from the company Face The Future
