Ordered 2 face washes for my daughter, parcel was not delivered to my address and was left on the street. When opened the parcel, the boxes inside were empty. Took a photo and emailed customer service straight away as I still need the items. Customer service made me fill out a form and then proceeded to not help and do nothing about the missing items. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Never met such a customer service team that are so unhelpful and doesn’t care about their customers. I will have to now contact my bank and find another company to buy the products.
