I ordered a Skinceutical phloretin CF for my pigmentation and they sent me CE instead.
I was very disappointed as this cost me all my allowance for the month and for me to return this to you will cost me. I really needed the Phloretin for my bad pigmentation. I will wait and see how you can resolve this for me. Thank you Rita
