It took a week from placing my order for someone to get in touch with me and only after I had enquired about where my order was. I needed to fill in a form because of the ingredients in the products despite having purchased the same products from Face the Future on multiple previous occasions and having previously filled in the form more than once. It took approximately 2 weeks to receive my order.
