I think I've been unlucky. It took them several days to send my parcel (it was a big spend too, £300 plus), no reason was given why it took so long. On top, I've experienced tardy responses to emails, no-one ever answers the phone, no-one has ever called me back when I've left a message, and then I'm endlessy emailed for feedback. So here it is, as honestly as I can state. I don't think the onlne shop is as important to thm as the salon, which is fair enough.
Compared to other places I buy Envrion from, I've also found the BB dates on items I buy from Face the Future, are short.
I will buy from them in the future on discount days, but I will be looking for imemdiate dispatch and checking the BB dates on creams before I buy etc. I supect they will say, oh it's down to the warehouse, we don't know, but I'll give them one more chance.
