The previous owners were world class.The first experience of the new owners was less than satisfactory. My £700 sunglasses came back out of focus.they were sent back to Rodenstock for new lenses to be fitted,whose fault I do not know but someone should have noticed they were "wrong" before offering them up to me! Four weeks later a lens fell out!!!again who is at fault?? I have had Rodenstock lens for 25 or more years a never a problem. I will give them a second chance as their customer service/interface is good.
