We have used Underwood's in Ferndown for many years and it's always a bit worrying when you get somebody new to see. My goodness, I needn't have worried. The optician (Ali) was amazing explaining an issue with my vision so thoroughly (and simply!) that I came away feeling really confident. A very warm welcome by the friendly staff made this a 5 star experience.
