Claire at Express Rugs was excellent throughout. I phoned to place the order, as living on a Scottish offshore island means postage is often an issue (expensive) and the website did not give an indication of how much it would be. It was very reasonable - only an additional (£9 something) to deliver a heavy, large rug here. Claire was lovely to deal with on the phone. There was a delay in delivery and she chased it up for us - great communication by email. We have moved into a new house and will need more rugs. We will certainly use this company again Thank you
