Ordered the rust striped carter rug. Claire who helped me with my order was lovely. Great customer service. They kept me updated and delivery was really fast. Ordered late Tues came on Fri morning. The delivery lady Donna was brilliant. She carried a very large rug up 27 stairs and offered to help me carry it inside. Love the rug very happy and will use this company again. Seemless from start to finish. Thank-you.
