I have claim on going at the moment .
Nobody answers the phone , email auto reply saying I’ll be dealt with in 10 days. Which I have has many times .
I have asked for updates. No reply.
Lost documents even when sent on email twice .
Asked for a call . No response
Asked for complaints email and number , no response .
This has been going on for 6 weeks .
now .
Will be forwarding my compliant to the FFS . Terrible customer service .
