I have mentioned policy 'acceptable' above because the terms and premium seem to be competitive for my purposes when I scour the market. I have no experience of making a claim through Explorer to go beyond 'acceptable' at the present time. I hope I would be able to say 'good' or 'very good' if I find myself needing to make a claim.
