Well I haven't claimed for anything and of course hope not to. That's when you really find out how good they are. However, so far, they have been very helpful. I did need to add something to my policy after my initial application but this was easy, staff were helpful and friendly and on this occasion there was no added cost for what I needed to add. So far, very good.
