I’ve made a claim for a broken iPad screen 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received any reply back. Not worth taking out with this company as you will be waiting like I am if you need to claim.
I paid extra for Gadget insurance, to which I then find out if through a different company. These have just completely ignored me since.
