I was looking to upgrade my old 19 year old boiler that was still working fine and was serviced every year but it wasn’t very efficient. I shopped around with different boiler manufacturers and installers. I got 5 quotes in. One company stood out and that was Sean Bryceland of EXPERT heating from his initial visit to my house discussion my needs and given me his verbal recommendations with a follow up of a written Quote that was comprehensive in detail, Sean price was also competitive and I decided to go with Sean, we agreed a date and time. Sean arrived on the date and on the time agreed. With COVID 19 Sean wore all the PPE at all times and ensured social distance at all times. From him arriving at 8.30 AM until his departure after 6.30 PM Sean never stopped working and given that he was installing my new boiler in my basement which was very cold he just plodded on. He was neat and tidy in all his work cleaning up afterwards and removing my old boiler, all the packaging from the new boiler and all debris & materials. Sean took time with both my wife and I explaining the controls I must say he was very patient with us ensuring we knew how the wireless controls worked and connecting to our mobile phones. Before leaving my house he went around checking every radiator and ensuring my heating system was correctly balanced .
