Everything went quite smoothly; Darren and Jay were excellent: friendly and efficient. I felt slightly rushed with only two men to do everything, so I spent the afternoon humping boxes with them. My only slight niggle is, they never said 'Thank you'! There might have been no need to do it but it must have saved them a good hour or two.
