I ordered 2 Shaeffer Ballpoint refills, unfortunately although they were delivered quickly one of the refills was for a rollerball refill rather than the ballpoint refill stated on the packaging. I emailed to explain the problem (including pictures) and you responded quickly stating that you would replace the item when you had stock replacement. Within a few days I receieved a replacement refill. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
