Through no fault of Execitive Pens, Royal Mail were unable to deliver my orders due to a delivery van break in. Upon contacting Executive Pens they were immediately helpful and accommodating and literally couldn’t have given better customer service. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve received such perfect customer service and can only say that if you’re thinking of ordering from them - please don’t hesitate! I’m very much looking forward to receiving my order and will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future!
