I have been in communication with pens direct as I have been very disappointed by the large size of the engraving applied to the pen I ordered, it is in my opinion unsightly and spoils the sleek lines of the pen. It would have been preferable to be offered an opportunity to describe the size of engraving to be applied when ordering the pen. It is my plan to give all members of my family a set of two pens and complete the set with a retracting pencil. This would have meant three orders for a total of 6 members of my family. However in view of the responses to date to my unhappiness with the pen ordered recently I will be ordering from another company.
