Initially my order was dispatched quickly with tracking from Ireland to Lhr. However the item showed sitting in LHR for 8 days. I contacted evolve and got a super quick response that investigations were underway with Royal Mail. For some reason the item had not been scanned as leaving LHR and to my surprise I received an update that the item was In Australia and I received it the next day. Other than not informed of leaving the UK I was very pleased with the process and will definitely buy from evolve again.
