The customer service is terrible and being lied to is just unacceptable!
They Blamed the dealer for their mistakes and then lied about it, I caught them out, when I spoke with the finance company. Daniel Cliffe would wait over 12 hours to inform of something only after I called to speak to him 4 times. I would not recommend Evolution to anyone! A complaint is being sent to the Financial conduct authority.
