I was really anxious applying for car finance because I thought I would spend ages on the phone to someone who would judge me for my poor credit score (due to some silly decisions when I was younger). I have however been working hard to strengthen my credit over the last 6 years or so (still on the low side) and when my car finally packed up I thought I would give it a go. Speaking to the person on the phone was actually brilliant and incredibly helpful. I felt at ease talking to them and they made the process just a good experience. All sorted through two 10 min ( i think less actually) phone calls and I had the finance for my lovely new car all confirmed within a day ! Brilliant
