The service was extremely poor. The advisors didn’t appear to know what was happening at all. I asked to log a complaint and speak to a manager and I was told I would receive a call back. I’m still awaiting this call. They had me sign 4 separate finance agreements, after each one they told me there was an error and blamed the car shop or the company the agreement was from. When I asked what has happened to all previous agreements and assurance these where destroyed they informed me they couldn’t answer that and would call back. I’m still awaiting that call also. The worst company I’ve dealt with.
