I have always previously used Everything Branded and they had been really good. Jake the account manager was always on hand and accommodating with every requirement and request we needed. The product are good and always what we ask for.
I have now been handed over a new account manager Anthony who has not been forthcoming. I made payment for an order but due to his delays the product was out of stock. I requested a refund and he has ignored my emails.
