Utterly shambolic. They've taken the money but over a month after the order was place there is no product, no delivery information, no refund, no communication. The live chat and telephone service (both presumably run by third-parties) make promises of email or telephone follow-up that never comes.
If it goes on any longer, the next stop will be a report to the police for fraud.
