I previously gave a very high rated review of my experience with Everything Branded and Sam, our Account Manager but as the time has now come when I was assured our order would arrive that has changed significantly. Sam continues to attempt to be so very helpful but not really, not at all. I have already wasted enough time on this so I am summing up. Originally I was not going to pursue the order because of timing but Sam gave me a call and assured me it would be delivered in time. I was very clear from the get go about my absolute deadline of Nov. 15th. I reached out to him last week to find out the shipping details and he came back saying it will be shipped on the 8th. This week it turns out the factory is having supply issues and the batteries haven't arrived so the order will be delayed until Nov. 25th but good news another factory has 50 of them they willing to sell us at a reduced rate that MAY get in by next week. I respectfully request to cancel the order and am told it's not a possibility. I was explicit on my deadlines, assured they would be here and now they can't be completed because the factory is having supply issues, the order isn't even close to being shipped and the last communication today broaden the completion from one day to expand almost a full week. This situation calls for an order cancelation and refund.
