Looked on the website to buy some branded gin glasses and sent an enquiry in. The sales rep sent back everything but a gin glass quote, so I went back to her again to say I asked for a gin glass cost. She then told me that they no longer stock gin glasses. Explained maybe she should have started with that!
She then just replied and said thanks for your response!! Rude customer service and attitude, great service from
