I had to refuse delivery of my order on Thursday 13th July as the packaging was badly damaged, wet & an attempt had been made to seal it with tape. I reported this & was assured that as soon as you had a response from the courier, I would be contacted. So far, I've not heard from you apart from this review request.
Please inform me as to when my order will be delivered intact.
