Given the price of the product and it’s advertised for outside spending over £300 on 2 Buxus Spirals I expected the product to last longer than 2 years we purchased on 5th March 2021 . It is beyond repair having snapped off at the base . The manufacturer has no interest in replacing and Evergreen Direct have offered me 10% on any future order.
