Although the 3 ball box shrubs with timber stems are sold as being suitable for outdoors, they are most definitely not. My first order of 3 trees (£450 approximately) lasted just over 12 months before they rotted away and fell over. These were replaced and I repotted them to ensure that water could not sit around the base. These lasted about 18 months before rotting from the top. Replacement was declined as the warranty had expired. I did have recourse under the trade descriptions act, but decided not to pursue it.They are for indoor use only, and to sell them as suitable for outdoors is misleading.
