I was very dissatisfied with my memorial jewellery,it was nothing like the picture in the brochure,when I emailed about this when I received my ring I was then told the ring I chose was a dainty style ring which was not stated in the brochure & was told omi should of rang or looked on website for dimensions of the ring,really disappointed..I was going to purchase more jewellery for family members but I certainly won’t be,I was offered 20% refund.
