My wife loved the ring as it was a surprise for her. Unfortunately your customer service let you down. I had to keep chasing to check if you received the ashes and then was told it was an 8 week wait as you had to order the gold. Don't get me wrong, lovley ring but I think that when you are dealing with someone's ashes communication is key.
