Received my ring which was beautiful, only to be so disappointed and upset that the engraving was wrong. One word missed off the engraving but enough to break me. I emailed EverWith straight away and after no response it resulted in me calling EverWith to see what they would do, when you are paying so much money to have your loved ones close to you in jewellery, paying additional for engraving you would expect attention to detail to be on point - not in my case! I also found that the person I spoke to was not sympathetic, there was no apology from EverWith. Basically they are sending me a prepaid label to return the ring and the ashes so they can put it right at no cost to me. that's the least I would expect when it isn't my mistake in the first place.
