EW-43169 The ring was beautiful when it arrived, however, it did not fit. At home I used the ring sizer provided to measure. when the ring came it did not fit so I visited a jeweller. The jeweller measured my ring and confirmed it was the size I ordered. They then gave me a ring sizer and it turned out that I was actually 2 ring sizes bigger. The ring sizer they use is not entirely accurate. No good if you're ordering for a specific fit. On contacting customer services they said I could have my ring resized at a cost of £39, on top of what I had already paid. Really disappointed!
