Good communication throughout. I was telephoned to confirm the order was received and then again a while later and recommended to choose a different colour resin and told the white would look grey due to condition of the ashes. This was upsetting at the time as I had taken a long time choosing the style & colour (personal reasons for choosing white and pearls) but I guess for the cost of my items they didnt wish me to be disappointed with the results. Myself and my daughter are happy with the alternatives we each chose. My particular pieces are stunning in real life and Im wearing them every day. They arrived beautifully packaged too!
