Ring is beautiful
Communication was unfortunately poor. required the ring for an important date by the time I was informed it was out of stock I couldn’t go elsewhere in time so asked to be kept informed and never was I had to chase on several occasions then was informed further delays to ring size . Auntie was delighted with the ring so that’s all that matters just a shame on this account customer service was poor
