About two months ago I waited for a whole day on the day of the pick-up for their partner company to pick-up a large shipment. The courier was not coming and when I contacted Eurosender they assured me that everything is okay, and I should continue waiting and the courier will come and told me to contact their partner to be sure. When I contacted their partner courier company that was supposed to come they told me that such request does not exist at all in their system and Eurosender is claiming sth that is for sure not true and no one has informed them about such request and no courier is coming. After many calls and problems, the courier never came to pick up the shipment. Since then I have been trying to get my money back after numerous compaints and every time I contact Eurosender (for the past month I have sent three times my complaint to them because every time I send it they pretend this is the first time they see it and they had no idea there is any problem) they reply to me with an automatic message that they have 30 days to reply to my complaint, but they never reply and for two months after I fully paid for the shipment they have not returned my money back and considering the communication with them is ceasing every time I say about returning my money back, they are never planning to return my money back for a service they never delivered!
