This has got to be the worst company we have dealt with in the last 35 years of business, we had poor broadband, the engineer took 2 weeks to attend and switched it off, realised he couldn't turn it back on and went home. 3 weeks later we still have no broadband at all, we phone every day now as they never ever phone you back, after empty promises after empty promises we still have nothing to show for the last 5 weeks. Customer service is shocking, technical support is shocking all in all just a set of amateurs, avoid this company at all cost.
