We have been without broadband since Christmas Eve and we are no closer to resolving this. For a few days the number on the website was out of order then just rang with no answer. When it was answered they said we were not a customer, then when we rang back they said we were and an engineer would call. They never did. We rang again and had to start all over again, initially again being told we were not a customer. 12 days on and we still have got no further, no engineer, no help, no urgency, no respect for the customer. We are a large farming and property enterprise and we are unable to do our business efficiently without internet. The business is obviously contracting out work and could not be less interested. They are indifferent, fobbing you off with 'an engineer will call you back before 5 pm' Never happen. HOPELESS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
