Always a good service from Eureka, but especially good this time. An unexpected shortage of the pulp used to make couch roll has led to delays, but Eureka kept us informed every step of the way, and even managed to make the delivery just a couple of days after we placed the order; much quicker than expected. Excellent communication; makes all the difference.
