When requesting a call back it was the same day. Any questions that I had were answered the same day also. Polite and helpful throughout the while planning process. Will definitely recommend Essential Adventure, they take the stress away from planning everything separately. Hen do was a blast, escape rooms were fantastic and the hotel was lovely and well worth the money. Thank you!!
