I purchased an item on their website which took payment from my bank card to be told the next day via email that the item was out of stock. I asked when it would be back as i may have waited but they did not know so i asked for a refund. 3 weeks later still waiting on my refund after numerous email only been told by the worst customer service they have - please wait 5-7 days then the next email says please wait 7-10 days. I do not see how it should take that long to refund for an item that they didn't have in stock in the first place. I also got a letter from An Post requested customs payment which i have done and again for this Espares that had no intention of sending the items as they didn't have them. Do yourself a favour read the reviews on this company and DO NOT buy anything from them. SAVE yourself the hassle. If i could give them 0 stars i would have.
