They tailored my holiday (Route 66 self drive) to suit my requirements and were so good about all the little tweaks I made to the itinerary. I also liked how you could book a year in advance and pay installments, this made a big expensive holiday like Route 66 achievable. At one hotel I needed assistance and emailed them at 12am not expecting a response until the next day - they actually responded within the hour (impressive, thanks Kadie!). Everything went to plan and I would have no hesitation in using them again for our next big trip.
