Chris was excellent. He was always available and if not got back in contact. Nothing was too much bother, even after the holiday had been paid for. Far too often these days it is case of 'we have got your money and we are no longer interested'. There was none of that, we even got a follow up call on our return from holiday to see how it went. He was actually interested in what we had to say (again unusual these days). By far the best travel agent I have ever dealt with and I will be using him again.
