I booked a holiday with Michelle of eShores to Amsterdam and Rome.
I come originally from a high end sales background so I'm possibly over sensitive to customer care.
Michelle has been brilliant throughout the booking process. Listening to what I was looking for and then coming up with a few alternatives. I haven't been on the holiday yet that's why I've only given four stars. I suspect that on return I will give five !
